Ms. Ren is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pando Finance Limited, who is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. Ms. Ren has previously worked for Deutsche Boerse AG, Zhenfund, and Huobi Group in executive positions, and she founded Redbank Capital in 2018 which specialized in alternative asset investments and blockchain-related research. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services and asset management industry. Ms. Ren holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in the United States, and a Master's degree from University of Southern California in the United States. She also obtained an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Ms Cheng Chun Ching

Ms Cheng has over 15 years’ industry experience across investment, risk management and client distribution. Prior to joining Pando Finance, her career path spans many renowned names in our industry, including: Merrill Lynch, ICBC (Asia) Investment Management, Well Link Asset Management, Lexin Fintech and C. Xin Asset Management. Ms Cheng holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and she is a charterholder of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Mr. NG Ean Kiam

Mr. Ng has more than 30 years of experience in investment industry. Before joining Pando Finance Limited, he has worked in bank, insurance company, private bank, local and international asset management houses, alternative investment firm, hedge fund and family offices both in Singapore and Hong Kong. Mr. Ng helped set up the public funds department of China Merchants Securities Asset Management (HK) Co. Ltd and was instrumental in launching its first ETF (2842.HK, now delisted) and the subsequent mutual funds.
Mr. Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Second Class Upper Hons) and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Professionally, he is a charter-holder of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and holds Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Financial Data Professional (FDP) designations.
